On Thursday, May 14th, Widow’s Son #7 will be hosting it’s 5th installment of the “Let There Be Light” Lecture Series. With the closing of the Masonic Temple, the Lecture Series has moved to the Virtual Temple (Zoom Meetings). The Lecture Series is designed to increase the sharing of Masonic Information and Knowledge to the Craft, presented by a diverse group of the Masonic World’s well known lecturers and historians. 

This month’s presentation,The Philosophical Elements of the Circumpunct, will be given by PM Jon Ruark of the Patriot Lodge No. 1957 Grand Lodge of VA.

We are cancelling the Masquerade Ball on June 6th.

On Thursday, January 9, 2020, at our Regular Stated Communication at 7:00 pm at the Masonic Temple on 1000 U. Street, Washington, DC 20001, the 2nd installment of the Widow’s Son Lodge No. 7 “Let The Be Light” Lecture Series, will feature Worshipful James Morgan, III will be presenting a lecture on The Origin of Prince Hall Origin.

On Saturday December 7, 2019, at our Regular Stated Communication at 12pm at the Masonic Temple on 1000 U. Street, Washington, DC 20001, the 1st installment of the Widow’s Son Lodge No. 7 “Let The Be Light” Lecture Series, will feature Worshipful Tehuti Evans will be presenting a lecture on the Egyptian Symbolism in Freemasonry.
